Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LV Autoworkz collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, call the shop and ask.
What we collect
When you fill in a quote or booking form, you give us:
- Your name and phone number
- Your vehicle, and the work you are interested in
- Anything else you choose to type into a notes field
We do not ask for, and this website never collects, payment card numbers, bank details or government identification.
Separately, our website records ordinary technical information that every website receives: your approximate location from your IP address, the pages you open, and which advertisement or link brought you here.
Advertising and analytics
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It tells us which of our advertisements lead to real quote requests so we do not waste money on ones that do not work. It also allows Meta to show you our advertisements after you leave this site.
You can limit this. In your Facebook or Instagram settings, look for Ad preferences, and see Meta's own Privacy Policy. Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies entirely.
Who else sees your information
Your quote request is delivered to the shop by email and stored in our own booking system so we can follow up. We use the following services to make that work:
- Vercel: hosts this website
- FormSubmit: delivers form submissions to our inbox
- Meta Platforms: advertising measurement, as described above
We do not sell your information. We do not trade or rent it. We do not share it with any other business for that business's own marketing.
Text messages and calls
When you give us your phone number through a form on this site, you are asking us to contact you about that request. We will call or text you about your quote and your booking. We do not run recurring marketing text campaigns. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you, and message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep proper business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call (702) 527-9172 or email Lvautoworkz@gmail.com and say what you want done. There is no charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This website is for adults arranging work on a vehicle. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
